Please read these terms carefully before booking any service at Laser2Glow. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

48-Hour Notice

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a non-refundable deposit or session fee charge.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show without notice will be charged a fee or blocked from future bookings.

Agreement

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service with Laser2Glow, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Client Consent and Intake Form. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

Please note: Menstrual periods or other normal, natural bodily processes are not considered valid reasons for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Health & Safety

Services are administered by certified technicians using professional equipment. Clients with the following conditions must consult a medical professional before booking:

Laser2Glow reserves the right to refuse service based on health or safety concerns.

Liability Waiver

By booking a service, clients agree to release Laser2Glow from responsibility for minor, temporary reactions such as redness, swelling, or sensitivity.

Section 9

Technician Availability & Substitution

In the event that a scheduled technician becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstance, Laser2Glow reserves the right to substitute another qualified technician to perform the service to prevent any inconvenience or delay.

Should the client choose not to proceed with the replacement technician, a full refund for the affected appointment will be issued upon request.
